At www.crocsgulf.com we offer an EASY 14-DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items bought from www.crocsgulf.com.

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.crocsgulf.com you will be provided with store credits of your purchase value if you have paid via cash on delivery which is redeemable only online at www.crocsgulf.com If you have paid via other payment methods i.e Credit/Debit Card, Tabby, Tamara and Apply Pay, you will receive the refund in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
Kindly Note: Store credit can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be used partially. You can use this store credit for the purchase of same value or higher value.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise in unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Returns/Exchange:
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (+971 80 027627) or e-mail us at contact@crocsgulf.com mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure a delivery for the replacement is made to you at the earliest. -
Returns through courier collection:
You may request for a return on the website or call Crocsgulf.com customer support care on +971 80 027627, and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange/refund may not be possible.
You can return an item within 14-days of the delivery date. Refunds for return requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the unused merchandise along with the original sales invoice. If a cancellation occurs, refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original credit card account used for the initial order. Please note that any delays in crediting the cardholder's account are beyond our control and are managed by the issuing bank.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, returned items will result in my cash, which can be utilized for online purchases at www.crocsgulf.com. Keep in mind that my cash is valid for one year from the date of issuance. -
Returns through Crocs stores:
Most merchandise is returnable in our stores and to check which merchandise items cannot be returned in our stores please call our customer care on +971 80 027627. You can also visit the nearest respective Crocs store and return the merchandise in unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice. You will be provided with store credits of your purchase value if you have paid via cash on delivery which is redeemable only online at www.crocsgulf.com. If you have paid via other payment methods i.e., Credit/Debit Card, Tabby, Tamara and Apply Pay, you will receive the refund in your bank account within 7 working days.

Exchange
Exchange is only available for items with an identical value to the merchandise being exchanged. You can exchange an item for a different size directly on the website, through customer care or in stores. Once the items have been picked up via courier and reach our warehouse (usually within 48 to 72 hours); we will ship out your exchange items upon thorough inspection of the returned items. Please ensure the items are unused and in good condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:
www.crocsgulf.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.crocsgulf.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
